ConvertDePix is a non-custodial interface for requesting conversions between DePix on Liquid Network and supported crypto assets. You keep control of your funds until you send a transaction to the displayed address.

You are responsible for confirming the asset, network, amount, destination address, and memo/tag before sending any transaction. Sending the wrong asset, network, amount, or address can delay or prevent the conversion.

Quotes, limits, fees, and availability may change before the deposit is confirmed. A conversion should only be considered started after the order is created and the correct deposit is sent to the provided address.

ConvertDePix does not promise settlement within a fixed time and does not control network congestion, external validations, liquidity, or technical outages. When a failure happens, the interface will show the applicable next step.

For support, send the conversion ID and public transaction details to support@convertdepix.com. Never send private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
